I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days production time before shipping.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.
- You have 14 days to return the product for a full refund.
- You are responsible for returning shipping costs.
Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase. Please be sure to include your name and order number in your return package.
Note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for delivery and return it before receiving your refund.
Can I cancel my order?

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you misspelled or entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and verify. Once we confirm that the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at Hoodarmour@hotmail.com.
- If the incorrect address is reported within 24 hours, we can update it to the correct one.
- After 24 hours, refunds will not be issued for address errors.
